Hi all, we’ve had a mix of quality when it comes to emailing Shannon regarding passing over a customer to an upseller. Some of you have been brilliant. Some of you haven’t. So from now on, we’re going to use this form instead of messaging Shannon directly.

If it says ‘Sign in to Google’, don’t panic. You only need to sign in if you want to save your progress on the form and since it’s such a small form, we don’t need to be doing that.
