To passover a customer to an upseller, you now need to do the following:
Visit the Hub and scroll down until you see this button:
Click the button.
You will then be brought to a Google Form which will look like this:
Ignore the part about ‘Signing into Google’ if you’re not already signed in. It’s not important.
Fill in the questions with as much detail as possible.
When you have filled everything in, press the ‘SUBMIT’ button at the bottom of the form.
You can confirm your form has been sent when you see this screen (if you don’t see this screen, you’ve done something wrong or missed a section):
Your submission will now be sent to Shannon and logged (& timestamped) in a database to stop it getting lost.
