The default details for all types of accounts for which we set up login details are as follows:
Username: FirstnameLastname
e.g. JohnSmith
Password: LastThreeLettersOfDomain973!%
e.g. if the website is webaheadinternetltd.co.uk the password would be ltd973!%
This includes:
– Blogs
– Interactive Galleries
– CMS Login Details
– Tawk.to Live Chat
Please do not contact a member of design asking to change/update passwords unless you have tried logging in by using the above details.
You should also see these details on the database for any product added since 7-Mar-2022. If you have checked the above and cannot login, contact lee@webaheadinternetltd.co.uk to re-send the details.
