Hi all, there are still far too many callbacks being requested from design.
REMINDER: A designer will only make a call with a customer if it is absolutely necessary and has been approved by their manager. This means all phone call requests will need to come via your manager (Linzi/Nick/Lea) to Craig and he will either approve or decline the request. Please do not tell a customer they will receive a callback as this is not guaranteed.
For Craig to know whether or not a callback is required, he will need to know:
1. The domain (https://examplewebsite.com)
2. What the problem is, in as much detail as possible – ‘customer not happy with the site’ isn’t acceptable.
3. Customer’s Name.
4. Customer’s contact number & email. (The database is getting even harder to access, it speeds things up if you do this).
If a callback is not approved, you will be informed via email of what steps will be taken as an alternative.
If a callback is approved, a designer will get in touch with the customer to arrange an appropriate time/date.
